CFG method:
Convergent functional genomic (CFG) is a method aiming at prioritizing AD candidate genes. CFG integrates AD related evidence including:
1) Genetic association of DNA variations with disease susceptibility;
2) gene expression regulated by AD genetic variants;
3) protein-protein interaction with AD core proteins, i.e. APP, PSEN1, PSEN2, APOE and MAPT;
4) diagnosis prediction of disease models.
